The gym incorporates more than 20 of the best and most effective classic strength-training exercises, helping you work every muscle group to its full potential. The WB-LS10-B supports such exercises as arm curls, tricep presses, dead lifts, bent over rows, shrugs, shoulder presses, squats, leg curls, lat pulldowns, bench presses, calf raises, ab crunches, and leg extensions. Each exercise is driven by the gym's lever arm, which combines the natural feel and resistance of free weights with the safety and control of a machine. Simply load your weight plates directly onto the lever and lift. The WB-LS10-B also features a lock-and-load removable bench section with bottom wheels. The bench--which includes handlebars for gripping during leg exercises--rolls out of the way in seconds so you can perform power exercises such as squats, shrugs, and rows.

To further develop the Leverage Gym, Powertec included an access tube and knob lock pin that attach to other workout accessories. The optional accessories give you access to such exercises as machine curls, pec flies, leg presses, and machine dips.
