The straps add a whole new set of high quality strength exercises for you to perform in addition to the standard moves provided by pull up bars alone. Fits doorways 24 to 32 inches wide with molding up to 3.5 inches wide. Supports up to 300 pounds. The Push Up Rings can also be used with the Ultimate Body Press Dip Bar (dip bar sold separately)
